How it works
No tickets and no call center. You talk to me from the first email to the fix.
The three steps
- 1
Tell me what's going on
Send a quick email or use the contact form. What's broken, or what you want set up, is enough to start.
- 2
I figure out the fix
I'll reply with what I think is wrong and a quote. Then we pick a time, in person or remote.
- 3
It works, and you know why
I fix it and explain what I did in plain English, so it's less of a mystery next time.
In person or remote, whichever fits.
If you're around Las Vegas, I can come to you. That's usually best for wifi coverage, printers, TVs and anything that needs hands on the hardware.
A lot of problems can also be fixed remotely, wherever you are. That works well for slow computers, accounts, software and settings.
Questions people ask
If yours isn't here, just email me.
Do you come to the house?
Yes, around Las Vegas. A lot of things can also be fixed remotely, wherever you are.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Plenty of problems, like slow computers, accounts, software and settings, can be sorted out over a remote connection.
Do you fix phones and tablets?
I help with setup, settings, apps and parental controls on them. I don't do physical repairs like screens or batteries.
What about computers and laptops?
Yes, Windows or Mac, including hardware work like swapping a drive or adding memory.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job, so I'll give you a quote before I start anything.
Is it only for big projects?
No. Most of what I do is everyday stuff like wifi, printers and slow computers. The bigger projects are there when you need them.
Need a hand?
Send me an email with what's going on. I'll reply with what I think it is and a quote.
